We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
3. Order Verification
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
When possible, WEAR & I will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.
5. Sales Tax
As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the review page before your submit your order as well as on the summary page that you see once the order is complete.
Currently, we provide services to achieve global shipping to 29 countries! We do not ship to some remote and less-accessible locations in below listed countries. Our Customer Care team will contact you if your orders come to any undeliverable countries/regions.

6.1 Processing Time
Orders will ship asap when it is placed.
6.2 Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. We generally deliver in 7-14 business days, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
6.3 Missing Orders
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 20 days of ship date.
7. Return/Exchange Policy
If there are issues with the product quality, kindly send us the images within 7 days of receiving date, and it will be our pleasure to provide the best solution to resolve the issue. If you take the wrong size or you don't like the product, you need to pay the return shipping fee. If it is a quality problem, we pay for the return fee.
The return service will be refunded within 2 working days after our warehouse receives the product and confirms that it will not affect the resale. The exchange service will be issued within 5 working days after our warehouse receives the product.
