PUMA X MITA SNEAKERS DISC BLAZE will be sold on May 27.
The world-renowned sports brand PUMA joins hands with MITA SNEAKERS, a famous sneaker retailer in Ueno, Tokyo, Japan, to launch a new DISC BLAZE shoes. Inspired by the pandas in Tokyo’s Ueno Zoo, the creative new release of PUMA’s classic DISC BLAZE shoes is a tribute to the 30th anniversary of birth on this shoe model.
MITA SNEAKERS is headed by Mr. Eiyuki Kuni, who is known as the "Godfather of Japanese sneakers", as the creative director. Over the years, he has carried out extensive cooperation with many brands around the world and proposed new design solutions for the classic sports shoes of each brand, giving the legendary shoes infinite vitality.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the birth of PUMA's classic shoe DISC BLAZE, the two parties selected this shoe model as a blueprint for a new creative interpretation, drawing inspiration from the pandas in Ueno Zoo. The shoe body is black and white, and the toe is made of white artificial fur which echoes the color of the shoe body, and with the hidden "UENO" pattern on the heel, it fully demonstrates the theme of this joint "Ueno Panda".
At the same time, the shoes retain the unique knob lacing system of PUMA DISC BLAZE shoes, and the overall fit of the shoes can be improved by rotating the turntable above the upper. In addition, the shoe also uses PUMA's classic shock absorption system, the Trinomic System, to provide a more comfortable wearing experience.
